About the Role

NHC is seeking a highly capable Sales Supervisor (Outsource) to join its team in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to leading and overseeing sales operations, managing a dedicated team of Sales Specialists, and ensuring the consistent achievement of assigned sales targets.

Role Overview

The Sales Supervisor will play a critical role in driving team performance, cultivating and managing relationships with high-value clients, and ensuring operational excellence across the sales channel. This position requires a proactive leader focused on strategic execution and continuous improvement within the sales function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the daily activities of the private sales team, ensuring alignment with established sales objectives.
  • Monitor individual and team sales performance against defined targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their productivity and overall sales effectiveness.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with high-value and premium clients.
  • Oversee complex sales transactions, ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and provide support to the team in closing strategic deals.
  • Analyze sales reports, pipeline data, and CRM insights to drive informed decision-making.
  • Identify performance gaps within the team and implement effective corrective action plans.
  • Handle escalations and resolve client issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to support and contribute to overall revenue growth strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a sales supervision or leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a sales team towards achieving ambitious targets.
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and complex deal negotiation.
  • Strong analytical skills for performance monitoring, reporting, and strategic planning.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a dynamic sales environment, requiring a proactive approach to team leadership and client engagement.
