About the Role

Zamil Services is seeking a Security Systems & Low Current Supervisor (ELV) to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position requires an experienced professional to oversee and coordinate daily installation activities for integrated security and low-current systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in security system installations, site supervision, workforce management, and quality control, with 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily installation activities for ELV and security systems, ensuring adherence to approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules.
Lead technicians and subcontractors, assigning daily tasks and monitoring work progress and productivity.
Oversee the installation of CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, perimeter security, and intercom systems.
Supervise cable pulling, routing, termination, labeling, containment, and equipment mounting.
Ensure proper installation of control panels, network cabinets, racks, junction boxes, and field devices.
Coordinate with Project Engineers to resolve technical issues, site constraints, and material shortages.
Conduct installation quality inspections and ensure compliance with safety and project requirements.
Support pre-commissioning activities, including cable testing, continuity checks, and basic functional testing.
Prepare daily progress reports and coordinate the closure of punch-list items.

Qualifications and Experience

A Diploma or technical qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience supervising technicians, subcontractors, and site installation activities.
5-10 years of experience in security systems and low current supervision.
Experience in industrial, oil & gas, petrochemical, power, or HCIS-related projects in Saudi Arabia is preferred.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on knowledge of CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, perimeter security, and intercom systems.
Good understanding of cable management, termination, equipment mounting, and installation quality standards.
Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment

This role is based in Dammam, Eastern Region, and involves full-time work within project sites, often in industrial, oil & gas, petrochemical, power, or HCIS-related environments. The position requires active supervision and coordination of on-site installation teams.
