Role Overview

The Senior Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing the company's purchasing activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and optimizing supplier performance. This position involves strategic oversight of procurement processes and direct engagement in negotiations and supplier management, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the procurement team effectively.
• Manage purchase orders, contracts, and supplier relationships.
• Implement cost analysis and drive saving initiatives.
• Oversee supplier management and negotiation processes.
• Develop and execute procurement processes and purchasing strategies.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
• Related experience in the rubber manufacturing business.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.

Essential Skills

• Proven ability in cost analysis and saving initiatives.
• Strong experience in supplier management and negotiations.
• Excellent knowledge of procurement processes and purchasing strategies.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
