About the Role

GE Vernova is seeking a Site Digital Key User & Capability Leader to join their team in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves coordinating and accelerating material flow from suppliers and within departments, aligning with production plans. The role focuses on executing professional activities within a technical discipline, with some autonomy guided by established guidelines and review of end results.

Role Context and Impact

The Site Digital Key User & Capability Leader will be responsible for planning and scheduling material and production requirements. This position allows for modifications in workflows and practices, provided that the outcomes meet defined acceptance standards for quality, scope, and timeliness. The role requires leveraging in-depth technical knowledge and analytical thinking to implement policies and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage master plans, material processes, and systems.
• Create and update production plans and purchasing requirements.
• Ensure operational alignment of the production plan and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Optimize inventory and drive process improvements.
• Utilize technical expertise and analytical skills to address complex manufacturing processes and interdependent production cycles.
• Propose solutions outside established parameters for complicated technical challenges.
• Serve as a resource for less experienced colleagues and may lead small, low-risk projects.
• Communicate performance expectations and handle confidential topics.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• In-depth knowledge of a technical discipline.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and technical experience.
• Knowledge of best practices and how one's area integrates with other functions.
• Awareness of market competition and company differentiators.
• Ability to use multiple internal and limited external sources for decision-making.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. Relocation assistance is not provided for this role.
