About the Role

Napco National is seeking a Skilled Helper to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience and involves supporting production operations by handling materials, monitoring machinery, and assisting the production team.

Key Responsibilities

• Checking and loading various raw materials (RM) and other raw materials (ORM) on a continuous basis.
• Preparing rolls for mounting onto the machine.
• Preparing pallets and packing materials as required.
• Handling the packing, loading, unloading, weighing, and transferring of materials to Work-In-Progress (*** or finished goods areas.
• Monitoring the machine and product quality during production.
• Acquiring all necessary paperwork and materials, including documents, parts, and tools, from relevant sections.
• Disposing of generated waste materials.
• Assisting the Team Leader, Lead Operator, and Operator as requested.
• Filling out roll and pallet labels accurately.
• Reporting any quality defects to Quality Control (QC), Team Leader, Lead Operator, and Operator.
• Assisting the operator in achieving Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0 to 1 year of relevant experience is required for this role.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including loading, unloading, and transferring materials.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. The role involves working closely with production teams in a manufacturing environment.
