Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with sellers in a professional and courteous manner to establish positive initial rapport.
• Guide sellers through the necessary check-in, waiting, and deal area procedures.
• Perform thorough vehicle inspections safely and professionally.
• Accurately complete inspection reports within specified timeframes, adhering to SAC Quality Standards for both picture and vehicle inspection.
• Identify key seller motivations using structured qualifying questions and relay this critical information to the closer.
• Support the Closer in finalizing deals by employing appropriate trial closing, negotiation, perceived value enhancement, and objection handling techniques.
• Prepare all required documentation for accepted offers and ensure its complete and accurate transfer, along with the vehicle, to the Operations Team.
• Ensure all prospective sellers, regardless of offer acceptance, are professionally and courteously dismissed to uphold a positive company image and encourage future referrals.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field, such as automotive sales, vehicle inspection, or customer service.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with diverse sellers.
• Demonstrated ability to perform detailed vehicle inspections and generate precise reports.
• A professional demeanor and a keen eye for detail in all aspects of the role.
• Basic negotiation and problem-solving skills to assist in deal closure.
