Sr. Manager B&I and Sites

About the Role

Catrion is seeking a Sr. Manager B&I and Sites to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role focuses on developing new client relationships in alignment with the segment's overall strategy across various divisions, while also supporting operations in the renewal of key client accounts. The position requires proactive market monitoring to identify opportunities and leverage company resources for competitive solution development.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships within B2B and B2G markets to enhance company presence and opportunities.
• Develop and execute growth strategies for new and existing clients, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Present quarterly and annual results to the EVP, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to establish a collective regional pipeline for the upcoming year based on market intelligence.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and trends.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers to drive business development initiatives.
• Work with marketing, operations, and legal teams to develop proposals that adhere to local laws and guidelines.
• Manage and safeguard sensitive client records, including proposals, contracts, and invoices.
• Foster long-term relationships with both new and existing customers to ensure continued growth and loyalty.
• Drive and measure sales results through the efforts of the business development team.
• Create and implement sales strategies to expand the company’s market share across all relevant sectors.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing to provide the sales team with high-quality tools, products, and content for client engagement.
• Provide market-specific support to regional sales teams in the west, central, and east regions to ensure effective market engagement.
• Leverage networks and relationships to establish leads and sales opportunities for the sales team.
• Meet or exceed total year-over-year sales target results for the company.
• Regularly review and refine sales strategies to align with market dynamics and business goals.
• Monitor competitive activities and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Organize training programs for the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
• Ensure consistent communication and alignment between sales, marketing, and operations teams to streamline efforts.
• Analyze sales data and market feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable solutions.

Experience and Qualifications
