About the Role

AWS EMEA SARL (Saudi Arabia Branch) is seeking a Sr. Strategic Engagement Manager AGS to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves enhancing the impact and scale of the leadership team, driving transformational change, and fostering customer relationships. The position requires 5-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to define strategic priorities, establish measurement criteria, and ensure successful execution.
• Work with senior leadership to prioritize and manage customer meetings, guide complex sales opportunities, and ensure effective follow-through.
• Develop and amplify executive themes in alignment with customer feedback and organizational goals through various communication channels.
• Foster engagement within the leadership team and across the organization to drive collective success.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and ensure their effective implementation across the team.

Daily Activities

In this role, the Sr. Strategic Engagement Manager will focus on executing strategic initiatives, engaging with executive leadership, and ensuring seamless communication across teams. Daily tasks will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, managing customer engagements, and contributing to the development of executive communications and case studies. The manager will be instrumental in translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and ensuring their successful implementation.
