About the Role

GE Vernova is seeking a Sr Manufacturing Manager Production Supervision to lead daily operations within a designated assembly cell. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Region, KSA, and focuses on ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance in the manufacturing environment.

Role Overview

The Sr Manufacturing Manager Production Supervision serves as the primary link between plant leadership and cross-functional operational teams. This role is responsible for driving the execution of production plans, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring strict compliance with GE Vernova’s manufacturing, quality, and safety standards. The position involves direct leadership of shop floor personnel and close coordination with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, Maintenance, and EHS teams to achieve customer commitments and maximize productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily assembly cell operations to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time production.
Manage manpower and resources effectively to meet customer and business needs.
Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, Materials, Planning, and Maintenance teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with EHS requirements and company standards.
Support quality excellence by ensuring work is completed according to engineering, manufacturing, and quality requirements.
Lead and develop the team through coaching, performance feedback, and training support.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles to enhance efficiency, productivity, and workflow.
Ensure equipment, tools, and resources are available and functioning properly to support production.
Contribute to productivity, cost reduction, and overall business performance goals.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience and meet the following criteria:

Legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restrictions.
Experience in gas turbine, power generation, aerospace, heavy machinery, rotating equipment, or other high-precision assembly environments is preferred.
Knowledge of EHS management systems and operational risk management.
Experience leading transformation, productivity, or capacity expansion initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities using operational performance metrics and reporting tools.
A Master's degree is considered an advantage.
