Technical Supervisor

About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Technical Supervisor to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves maintaining the physical safety and functionality of hotel facilities, contributing to the overall guest experience. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas.
• Respond promptly to guest calls and team member work orders.
• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including repairs and upkeep in areas such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address needs.
• Document all completed inspections and repairs, and flag any issues requiring further attention.
