AlSaif Group is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves overseeing daily transportation operations and ensuring efficient service delivery. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily transportation operations.
• Coordinate drivers, vehicles, and transportation schedules.
• Monitor fleet utilization and operational performance.
• Ensure timely transportation services.
• Follow up on driver attendance and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Required Skills

• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of fleet management and transportation operations.
