WAREHOUSE KEEPER

About the Role

Napco National is seeking a Warehouse Keeper to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position is open to Saudi Nationals only and requires 0-1 years of experience. The role involves managing the flow of materials within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy in inventory, and coordinating with various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive Raw Materials (RM) and Other Raw Materials (ORM) via ERP Production transfers, verifying physical availability and storage locations.
• Coordinate with forklift drivers to arrange requested RM/ORM in designated areas after verifying availability.
• Reconcile arranged materials against ERP transfers, addressing discrepancies with forklift drivers and signing for approval.
• Collect packing lists from truck drivers upon RM/ORM shipment receipt, cross-checking quantities. Once verified and quality approved by QC, sign the original packing list for the driver and forward a copy with the packing slip to procurement and accounts.
• Conduct monthly inventory record accuracy tasks to ensure physical counts match system records.
• Perform 5S tasks within the warehouse to maintain organization and cleanliness.
• Receive Finished Goods (FG) transfers from production sections, instructing forklift operators to arrange materials in designated areas.
• Inspect pallet appearance and hygiene upon material receipt, then record the receipt in the ERP system.
• Physically count loaded FG against the packing list during truck loading to ensure accuracy for dispatch and invoicing.
• Receive returned FG, instruct forklift drivers for unloading, inform QC, prepare packing slips, and relay to Customer Service and the chief accountant for credit note issuance.
• Weigh received and shipped waste, attaching documentation to packing slips and forwarding to procurement and accounting departments.
• Verify driver invoices against the updated shipping log to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.

Qualifications and Experience

• This position is exclusively for Saudi Nationals.
• A minimum of 0-1 years of relevant experience is required.

The Warehouse Keeper will operate within a dynamic warehouse environment in Dammam, contributing to the efficient flow of materials for Napco National. This is a full-time role focused on maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting operational logistics.
