About the Role

Tayseer Trading Company is seeking a Wholesale Sales Representative for the Eastern Region. This full-time role is based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional with strong experience in wholesale sales and a deep understanding of the local market. The ideal candidate will be adept at client development and achieving sales targets within the Eastern Region.

Responsibilities

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop the client base and expand sales coverage within the region.
Acquire new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones.
Visit clients, monitor their needs, and follow up on their orders.
Build long-term business relationships with clients.
Monitor prices, offers, products, and competitor activities in the market.
Follow up on collections and client accounts.
Prepare periodic reports on sales, visits, and clients.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure order fulfillment and client service.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in wholesale sales.
Experience in the FMCG sector is a strong advantage.
Experience in dealing with wholesalers, distributors, and commercial clients.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing sales volume.
Ability to attract new clients and develop relationships with current clients.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and business relationship-building skills.
Good knowledge of the market, clients, competitors, and pricing.
Ability to follow up on orders, collections, and payments.
Ability to conduct client visits and follow up on sales opportunities.
Ability to prepare sales and visit reports and monitor performance indicators.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with preferred experience in CRM systems.
Valid Saudi driving license.
Ability to travel and visit clients within the Eastern Region.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve results.
High communication skills, commitment, and professionalism in dealings.
A university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.

Experience Level

This role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have demonstrated success in wholesale sales.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia. The role involves frequent client visits and active engagement within the market.
