About the Job:
Join Alkhorayef Industries Company as a Human Resources Specialist based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping our workforce. We are seeking an experienced HR professional who is passionate about recruitment and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify current and future hiring needs.
  • Draft and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews with department heads and manage interview schedules.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics as needed.
  • Handle employee queries and provide HR-related support.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring company-wide compliance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and operations.
  • Knowledge of labor laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Memac Ogilvy is one of the leading creative networks in MENA, and we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. As a member of our HR team, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions and ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws.

What You’ll Do:
  • Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Saudi Arabian labor law.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including contract preparation, visa processing, and exit interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems (Qiwa, GOSI, etc.).
  • Process payroll and ensure timely payment of salaries and benefits.
  • Manage employee leave requests and track attendance.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.

What You’ll Need:
  • Must be a Saudi National.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role within Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian labor law and HR practices.
  • Practical experience with Saudi HR systems, including Qiwa and GOSI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Arabic and English fluency is essential).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
