Join Our Team as a Human Resources Executive!
We at the Specialist Engineering Consultant are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to become a vital part of our team in Riyadh. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to engage with a growing organization while playing a key role in HR operations and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and activities
• Handle employee relations and ensure compliance with HR policies
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and insurance
• Support internal communication and enhance employee well-being
• Ensure alignment with local labor laws and digital platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Human Resources
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and government platforms
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• HR certification (CIPD, SHRM) is a plus
