We at the Specialist Engineering Consultant are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to become a vital part of our team in Riyadh. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations and activities
  • Handle employee relations and ensure compliance with HR policies
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and insurance
  • Support internal communication and enhance employee well-being
  • Ensure alignment with local labor laws and digital platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, etc.)

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in Human Resources
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and government platforms
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • HR certification (CIPD, SHRM) is a plus

  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.

What You’ll Need:
  • Must be a Saudi National.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role within Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian labor law and HR practices.
  • Practical experience with Saudi HR systems, including Qiwa and GOSI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Arabic and English fluency is essential).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
