Join Areeb Human Resources Company as a Human Resources Specialist!
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to align our human resources strategies and initiatives with the overall business objectives of the organization. In this role, you will partner with leadership to develop and implement HR programs, policies, and practices that promote employee engagement, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all business and trade licenses are updated and follow-up on official approvals and permits to avoid violations.
  • Prepare and process legal documents such as rent contract attestations with government agencies.
  • Execute the wet signature process for contracts, salary certificates, and letters for embassies.
  • Facilitate offboarding procedures and collect signatures for immigration documents.
  • Manage various government portals, including GAZT, MOL, GOSI, and Muqeem.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Government Relations with a strong understanding of laws and procedures related to MOL, MOFA, GOSI, and KSA Iqama and Visa processes.
