As a member of our Dental Digital department, you will play a pivotal role in delivering best-in-class support and solutions to dental professionals, specifically focusing on our innovative Clear Aligner SPARK product.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and manage revenue-generating opportunities through strategic sales and support of our product lines.
• Provide in-depth training and technical support to customers.
• Fulfill customer requests promptly, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Schedule promotional and technical follow-ups with healthcare professionals.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
• Support customers through multiple channels including phone, email, and remote assistance.
• Coordinate case delivery timelines between doctors and commercial teams.

Qualifications:

• * or * degree or equivalent in Dental/Oral Health/Science preferred.
• 3+ years of Orthodontic Industry experience.
• Understanding of digital workflows and the industry landscape.
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in English.
• Tech-savvy and fully IT literate.
