Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage revenue-generating opportunities through strategic sales and support of our product lines.
- Provide in-depth training and technical support to customers.
- Fulfill customer requests promptly, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Schedule promotional and technical follow-ups with healthcare professionals.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
- Support customers through multiple channels including phone, email, and remote assistance.
- Coordinate case delivery timelines between doctors and commercial teams.
Qualifications:
- * or * degree or equivalent in Dental/Oral Health/Science preferred.
- 3+ years of Orthodontic Industry experience.
- Understanding of digital workflows and the industry landscape.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English.
- Tech-savvy and fully IT literate.
