Job Title: Sales Representative
Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Promote products or services: Provide detailed explanations to customers about products or services and their benefits.
2. Achieve sales targets: Work towards achieving monthly or annual targets set by management.
3. Communicate with customers: Build good relationships with existing customers and attract new customers.
4. Prepare reports: Provide periodic reports to management on sales and results achieved.
5. Follow up on customer orders: Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on orders and resolving any issues they may face.
6. Market analysis: Monitor market trends and competitors to provide recommendations for improving sales.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• High school diploma at minimum
• Previous experience in sales.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• The ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
