Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with B2B and B2C clients, introducing them to Stella Stays and assisting them in finding suitable accommodations.
- Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, real estate agents, and individuals for repeat business.
- Support the Sales Lead by managing inquiries, following up with potential clients, and assisting in closing deals.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.
- Organize a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools to track customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaigns.
- Assist with operational tasks ensuring a smooth experience for guests.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service.
- Proactive with strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
