Your Role:
As a Sales Specialist, you will work alongside the Sales Team to build strong client relationships and drive bookings in KSA. This role is perfect for someone passionate about connecting with people and making an impact in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Connect with B2B and B2C clients, introducing them to Stella Stays and assisting them in finding suitable accommodations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, real estate agents, and individuals for repeat business.
  • Support the Sales Lead by managing inquiries, following up with potential clients, and assisting in closing deals.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.
  • Organize a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools to track customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaigns.
  • Assist with operational tasks ensuring a smooth experience for guests.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and areas for improvement.

Requirements:
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service.
  • Proactive with strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
