About Dkhoon Emirates and the Opportunity

Dkhoon Emirates is seeking a dedicated Technical Factory Manager to join our team at the Shaqra factory in the Riyadh Region, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for overseeing the technical and operational aspects of our manufacturing facility, ensuring adherence to established quality standards and regulatory compliance.

The Role of Technical Factory Manager

As Technical Factory Manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive supervision of all technical and operational processes within the factory. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all manufacturing and quality procedures are consistently applied and comply with approved systems, policies, and regulatory requirements, thereby maintaining operational excellence and product integrity.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee all technical and operational processes and procedures within the factory.
• Monitor the implementation of manufacturing and quality procedures in accordance with approved systems and policies.
• Ensure strict compliance with quality, safety, and operational procedures.
• Track and document all operational and manufacturing procedures, along with related records.
• Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders regarding technical and regulatory requirements.
• Complete all necessary registration and accreditation requirements as a Technical Manager with the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) in line with applicable regulations.

Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be a Saudi national.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Pharmacy, with a preference for Chemistry specialization.
• Possess previous experience or documented training in factory operations, manufacturing procedures, and quality control.
• Demonstrate good knowledge of quality systems, operational procedures, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to adhere to relevant regulatory requirements and standards.
• Proficiency in preparing and maintaining required technical documents and records.
• Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Candidates without prior experience will receive comprehensive training on factory operating procedures according to approved standards.
