About the Client and Role

iHR (International Human Resources) is seeking a Sales Manager for the Logistics and Delivery Sector to join a specialized client company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This client offers comprehensive solutions for shipping, delivery, and logistics operations management for businesses. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and developing sales strategies, building long-term client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities, with a focus on achieving revenue and growth targets within the logistics services sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve growth and revenue targets.
• Attract new clients and expand the client base within the logistics sector.
• Build and manage relationships with key clients and partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert them into active sales prospects.
• Prepare and follow up on commercial proposals, negotiating contracts and agreements.
• Manage and monitor the performance of the sales team and ensure targets are met.
• Analyze the market and competitors, identifying growth opportunities.
• Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and commercial opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in sales.
• Strong experience in the logistics services, transportation, or delivery sector.
• Experience in B2B Sales and business development.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.

Required Skills

• Strong negotiation skills, relationship building, and client management.
• Leadership skills and the ability to manage a sales team.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.

Work Details

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring 5-10 years of experience. Salary details will be discussed during the interview process.
