About the Role

Al Woroud Real Estate Investment is seeking a Residential Leasing Officer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on maximizing the occupancy rate of the real estate portfolio by identifying and attracting potential tenants, and managing the leasing process from contracting to agreement execution.

Role Purpose

The primary objective of this position is to achieve the highest possible occupancy for residential properties. This involves ensuring the selection of tenants with strong financial solvency and a sound credit record to mitigate future financial risks and foster sustainable client relationships, all while adhering to the company's established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Search for potential tenants and actively market available properties for lease.
Manage the entire leasing process, including the execution of lease agreements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the contracting and leasing operations.
Verify the financial solvency and creditworthiness of prospective tenants to minimize default risks.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related specialization.
3 to 5 years of practical experience in real estate, leasing, or real estate sector sales.
Comprehensive knowledge of local leasing laws, regulatory regulations, and legislation governing owner-tenant relationships, including platforms such as Ejar.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the real estate investment sector. The role requires a proactive approach to tenant acquisition and lease management.
