About the Role

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Beauty Advisor for Faces Al Salam Mall in Riyadh. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets through product knowledge and effective sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
• Utilize appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to achieve sales goals.
• Maintain counter cleanliness and manage restocking.
• Handle new product launches, product offers, and marketing initiatives.
• Develop and maintain guest experience standards to enhance customer loyalty.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and product usage.
• Communicate with customers to assess their needs and assist them in meeting or exceeding expectations.
• Inform customers about product ranges most suitable for their needs.
• Explain the uses and benefits of various brands and products.
• Promote sales while achieving set line and sales targets through makeup knowledge.
• Monitor store-level targets.
• Prepare daily sales reports.
• Participate in achieving incentives.
• Monitor new product launch sales targets at the store level.
• Ensure in-store merchandising levels align with brand guidelines.
• Ensure stores are restocked on appropriate shelves at the right times.
• Report stock shortages using the stock request form.
• Ensure stock is received according to established procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in the beauty sector.
