Asteri Beauty (B Corp™) is seeking a Sales Representative to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a collaborative retail environment.

Role Overview

The Sales Representative is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, creating an engaging shopping experience, and demonstrating artistry skills upon request. This position also requires contributing to a collaborative work environment, achieving financial goals, and performing assigned operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive customer service and product knowledge, adapting service levels to customer needs.
Meet or exceed personal sales goals to support team and store objectives.
Represent the brand professionally in all interactions.
Attend all mandatory training sessions and complete assigned educational and developmental tools.
Maintain professionalism and respect with customers, colleagues, management, and business associates.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, reporting any discrepancies to management immediately.
Assist with visual displays, merchandising, and marketing standards to ensure consistent store replenishment.
Support in the preparation and completion of stock takes as required.
Process transactions accurately and utilize the POS system correctly.
Ensure punctuality and consistently follow personal appearance and hygiene guidelines.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

2-5 years of retail experience, with prior customer-facing sales experience required.
Demonstrated excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and build strong customer relationships.
Strong attention to detail.
Make-up artistry experience is considered a plus.
Maintain flexible availability to meet business needs.
