من أهل الرياض المهام الرئيسية استقبال مكالمات العملاء والرد على الاستفسارات. تنسيق طلبات الصيانة وخدمات ما بعد البيع.
متابعة شكاوى العملاء والعمل على حلها بما يحقق رضاهم دعم الفريق الاداري بتقارير دورية عن أداء خدمة العملاء.
العمل من مقر الشركة وليس اون لاين
الشروط (شرط أساسي) خبرة سابقة في مجال خدمة العملاء من لديها الخبره يرجي ارسال السيره الذاتيه
