About the Role

Al-Watania Poultry (Saudi Arabia) is seeking a Sales Representative to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is crucial for achieving sales targets and expanding market reach for fresh products. The role requires a professional who can manage sales routes, maintain product quality, and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Implement monthly sales targets effectively.
Identify and develop new sales avenues to expand market presence.
Execute planned sales routes and submit regular reports to the supervisor.
Ensure timely delivery of fresh products to distributors using refrigerated transport.
Maintain the quality of products throughout the delivery process.
Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with customers.
Conduct daily supervision of distribution channels.
Maintain consistent communication with customers to address their needs and feedback.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the food or poultry industry.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong understanding of sales routes and distribution logistics.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in reporting.
Problem-solving abilities, especially in managing delivery and product quality.

Work Environment
