About MOZN and the Role

MOZN is an Enterprise AI company specializing in Financial Crime Prevention and Enterprise Knowledge Intelligence. We are seeking a full-time AI Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves contributing to the development of AI solutions that deliver business value and empower organizations through augmented intelligence.

Role Purpose

The AI Engineer will lead the design, deployment, and optimization of machine learning and generative AI solutions. This position focuses on applying advanced ML techniques to address real-world challenges for government and enterprise clients within Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale machine learning models and infrastructure.
• Deploy deep learning and generative models into production for public and private sector projects.
• Optimize ML training and inference for performance, latency, and scalability.
• Monitor, retrain, and improve deployed ML models.
• Drive consultation efforts and provide expert guidance to client stakeholders.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, including data pipelines, model development, backend services, APIs, integrations, user interfaces, deployment, and operations.
• Design and build data ingestion, transformation, and processing pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Develop backend services and APIs to expose AI capabilities securely and reliably.
• Build or contribute to frontend applications, dashboards, and interfaces for AI-powered solutions.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, databases, authentication services, and third-party platforms.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in AI engineering or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing, building, and deploying machine learning and generative AI solutions.
• Proficiency in optimizing ML models for performance and scalability.
• Experience with end-to-end AI solution delivery, including data pipelines, backend services, and system integration.
