Role Overview

Neoleap is seeking an AI Full Stack Engineer l to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves supporting the design, development, testing, and maintenance of AI-enabled applications, contributing to both front-end and back-end development activities.

Position Contribution

The primary contribution of this role is to assist in integrating artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities into business solutions. The engineer will ensure application performance, reliability, and adherence to technical standards throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining AI-powered web and enterprise applications across front-end and back-end components.
• Support the integration of machine learning models and AI services into business applications.
• Develop, test, and maintain APIs and backend services to support AI-driven solutions.
• Participate in designing user interfaces that provide an intuitive and efficient user experience.
• Troubleshoot application issues and resolve bugs under the guidance of senior team members.
• Support the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AI applications across development and production environments.
• Assist in integrating applications with internal and external systems through APIs and web services.
• Support testing activities, including unit, integration, and functional testing.
• Monitor application performance and support optimization activities to improve efficiency and scalability.

Development Standards and Collaboration

• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following development standards and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and implement feedback to improve code quality.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, solution architects, and business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation, including system designs, development procedures, and user guides.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security, data privacy, and software development standards.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field, demonstrating practical knowledge in both front-end and back-end development, particularly within the context of AI-enabled applications.

The role requires staying up to date with emerging technologies, AI frameworks, programming languages, and development best practices to ensure continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
