About DarGlobal and the Role

DarGlobal is seeking an experienced AI Marketing Project Manager to join its Marketing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing marketing projects from initial briefing through production and final approval, leveraging AI tools to enhance creativity, quality, and efficiency.

Role Context

This position is focused on marketing project management, requiring an understanding of how to apply AI across content, design, video, presentations, and creative production. It is not a technical AI development role. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent visual judgment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to independently review and approve content before presentation to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop clear and comprehensive briefs for campaigns, project launches, videos, brochures, presentations, social media, and other marketing materials.
• Manage marketing projects from initial concept through production, review, approval, and final delivery.
• Utilize AI tools to support research, creative development, copywriting, visual content, presentations, and video production.
• Review and approve creative content before escalation to senior management.
• Ensure all materials meet DarGlobal’s luxury brand standards across different markets and platforms.
• Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to designers, content creators, video editors, and external agencies.
• Identify weak concepts, visual inconsistencies, inaccurate information, and quality issues.
• Coordinate timelines, priorities, and deliverables across internal teams and external partners.
• Adapt Arabic and English content appropriately for local and international audiences.
• Monitor emerging AI tools and recommend practical ways to integrate them into marketing workflows.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and high production standards across all deliverables.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate combines the organizational skills and accountability of a project manager with the judgment and aesthetic sense of a creative lead. A strong understanding of luxury branding is essential, with the ability to immediately recognize whether content feels premium, relevant, and on-brand.

Candidates should be confident in using AI as a professional marketing tool, while recognizing that excellent output still requires human judgment, accuracy, and strong creative direction.

Experience and Work Type

This full-time position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience in marketing project management.
