The AI Centre of Excellence

The AI Centre of Excellence (AI CoE) serves as PwC's central hub for AI strategy, product development, and scaling initiatives. It is responsible for governing standards, cost, and risk controls. The AI CoE runs AI Factory squads to design and deliver custom AI solutions and reusable frameworks, including LLM and RAG stacks and Azure integrations. Additionally, it provides technical consultation on architecture, solution design, and best practices, while driving workforce transformation through training and upskilling to accelerate AI adoption across various lines of service.

The Role: AI Product Analyst Senior Associate

Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, this full-time role as an AI Product Analyst Senior Associate functions as a Product Owner / Business Analyst. The individual will play a key part in shaping and delivering AI and Generative AI products by translating business needs into actionable product requirements and supporting end-to-end Agile delivery. This position involves close collaboration with Product Owners, Architects, Engineers, Experience Designers, and business stakeholders to define product capabilities, refine backlogs, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value. The role combines business analysis, Agile product ownership, stakeholder engagement, and AI product delivery, enabling cross-functional teams to build innovative AI solutions aligned with business priorities and the AI Centre of Excellence delivery framework.

Responsibilities

• Product & Backlog Management: Collaborate with Product Owners to define, refine, and maintain the product backlog; translate business objectives into epics, features, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria; support backlog prioritization based on business value, customer needs, and delivery dependencies; ensure backlog readiness for sprint planning and Agile delivery; track feature progress and support release planning activities.
• Business Analysis: Engage stakeholders to understand business objectives, pain points, and opportunities; elicit, analyse, validate, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements; develop business process maps, user journeys, and functional specifications; collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs; support MVP definition and identify opportunities for future enhancements.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements gathering activities; act as the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams; clarify priorities, resolve requirement ambiguities, and align stakeholders on delivery outcomes; communicate product progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions throughout delivery.
• AI Product Delivery: Support the delivery of AI, Generative AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives; partner with Scrum teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered successfully; support user acceptance testing (UAT), business validation, and adoption activities; ensure solutions align with Responsible AI principles and AI CoE governance standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Produce high-quality delivery artefacts, including user stories, process maps, functional specifications, and requirements documentation; monitor product feedback and recommend enhancements based on user insights and business value; identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, stakeholder engagement, and AI product practices; contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the AI Centre of Excellence.
