About Ethos Interactive and the Role

Ethos Interactive, a digital communication group with a presence across MENA, is seeking a full-time Account Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to managing and growing client relationships, contributing to the success of leading brands such as McDonald's, General Motors, and American Express.

Core Responsibilities

The Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing client accounts, developing strategic marketing plans, and ensuring effective campaign execution. This includes fostering strong client partnerships, managing financial performance, and driving innovation within the agency's offerings.

Client and Business Development

• Manages and grows client accounts, developing marketing plan content and leading the agency in understanding client business contexts.
• Develops new methodologies and work practices to enhance agency and client performance and profitability.
• Builds strong executive client relationships through business and marketing acumen, understanding client business issues, marketing, industry, competitors, and brands.
• Communicates effectively, builds rapport, and resolves conflicts quickly.
• Consistently delivers on revenue and margin targets, identifies organic growth opportunities, and monitors the financial health of accounts.
• Leads contractual relationships and fee negotiations, ensuring contract compliance.

Strategic Planning and Campaign Execution

• Leads all marketing aspects of plan development, partnering with strategic leadership to create innovative solutions.
• Manages client budgets, focusing on marketing effectiveness and efficiencies.
• Oversees campaign development stages to meet client expectations and identify further development opportunities.
• Provides critical insights during creative concept reviews and directs solution expansion.
• Attends creative presentations for major campaigns and plays a role in selling the work.
• Demonstrates a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content formats.
• Oversees end-to-end planning and execution of video production/content projects, collaborating with creative, media, and production teams.
• Utilizes social listening tools and platform analytics to gather insights and optimize content strategies.

Required Experience

Candidates should have 5-10 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Ethos Interactive operates with a dynamic and collaborative team across its four MENA offices, fostering an environment that values diverse perspectives and innovative ideas.
