About the Account Manager Role

AcoustieG is seeking a full-time Account Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is focused on managing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of creative and audio production projects.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of B2B clients.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
• Oversee the full account lifecycle, from client onboarding to retention.
• Present tailored solutions that effectively address client needs.
• Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure efficient project execution.
• Track account performance, monitor client satisfaction, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Management or Sales.
• Demonstrated strong experience in handling B2B clients.
• Proven ability to effectively manage and grow client accounts.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Strong presentation and relationship management capabilities.
