About the Role

Parisima Talent is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable / Collection Officer to join a client's team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing customer accounts, invoices, payments, and outstanding receivables, ensuring timely payment and accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting knowledge and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer accounts, including invoices, receipts, and outstanding balances.
Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue invoices.
Coordinate with customers regarding payments, invoices, and account discrepancies.
Accurately record and reconcile customer payments and account balances.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and other internal departments to resolve billing and payment issues.
Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable, aging, and outstanding balances.
Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and customer account queries.
Support month-end closing processes and ensure accurate AR records and reporting.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting procedures, and internal controls.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant Accounts Receivable experience.
Prior experience in the construction or elevator industry is preferred.
Good knowledge of invoicing, payment processing, AR aging, reconciliation, and customer account management.

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail and numerical skills.
Ability to effectively follow up on outstanding payments and resolve account-related issues.
