About the Analyst Workplace Role at Qiddiya

Qiddiya is seeking a full-time Analyst Workplace to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience who are keen to contribute to enhancing the employee experience through digital transformation within the workplace.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The Analyst Workplace plays a key role in supporting the digitization of workplace services and the transformation of manual processes into efficient, user-friendly digital solutions. This position involves close collaboration with Technology and Workplace Effectiveness teams to develop and enhance employee-facing applications and workflows, ultimately improving operational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development, testing, and continuous enhancement of the Qiddiya employee application in collaboration with Technology and Workplace Effectiveness teams.
• Assist in digitizing workplace services and transforming manual processes into user-friendly digital solutions and workflows.
• Support the design and implementation of applications, forms, and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform and other low-code/no-code technologies.
• Analyze operational data and business requirements to identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and enhanced employee experience.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and workflow solutions to support workplace service delivery and performance tracking.
• Assist with integrating and consolidating data from multiple systems and sources to enable efficient and connected workplace services.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, test solutions, and ensure successful implementation of digital initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying innovative technologies and digital solutions that enhance operational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

Required Experience
