The Role: Workplace Analyst

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Workplace Analyst to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves supporting the development and enhancement of employee applications and digital workplace services. The Analyst will focus on transforming manual processes into user-friendly digital solutions, utilizing low-code/no-code technologies, and analyzing data to improve employee experience and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development, testing, and continuous enhancement of the Qiddiya employee application in collaboration with Technology and Workplace Effectiveness teams.
• Assist in digitizing workplace services and transforming manual processes into user-friendly digital solutions and workflows.
• Support the design and implementation of applications, forms, and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform and other low-code/no-code technologies.
• Analyze operational data and business requirements to identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and enhanced employee experience.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and workflow solutions to support workplace service delivery and performance tracking.
• Assist with integrating and consolidating data from multiple systems and sources to enable efficient and connected workplace services.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, test solutions, and ensure successful implementation of digital initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying innovative technologies and digital solutions that enhance operational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of or strong interest in app development, low-code/no-code platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Understanding of data management, system integration, and workflow automation concepts.
• Ability to analyze data and convert business requirements into practical digital solutions.
