Architect Engineer

About the Role

Riymar is seeking an Architect Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires an individual with 5-10 years of experience in architectural design and project execution. The role focuses on ensuring the quality and compliance of architectural works across various real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop architectural designs and drawings for real estate projects.
• Review architectural drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications.
• Analyze architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, consultant, and contractor teams to integrate project works effectively.
• Review architectural materials, finishes, and specifications in line with project requirements.
• Monitor architectural works on site to ensure execution complies with approved drawings and specifications.
• Review shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Identify technical issues and coordinate the implementation of appropriate design solutions.
• Follow up on project progress and prepare reports related to architectural works.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and engineering standards.
• Contribute to improving design quality, project efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a strong background in architectural engineering with practical experience in real estate projects. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
