About the Opportunity

Dar Al Riyadh Consultants is seeking a highly experienced Site Architect Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is critical for overseeing architectural activities on-site, ensuring design compliance, and contributing to the successful execution of diverse projects within our Project Management Consultancy (PMC) portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 15 years of dedicated experience in PMC projects, demonstrating a strong commitment to quality and project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site supervision and technical guidance for architectural activities.
• Collaborate with contractors to ensure the proper execution of architectural designs.
• Ensure architectural designs comply with approved plans, local codes, and industry standards.
• Work with design teams to address any discrepancies and implement necessary changes.
• Implement and enforce rigorous quality control processes for architectural installations.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with approved plans and specifications.
• Assist in resolving technical issues related to architectural design during construction phases.
• Conduct site visits to monitor and assess architectural construction activities effectively.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding on-site architectural matters, providing timely responses to inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to ensure coordinated project delivery and resolve design coordination issues among different engineering disciplines.
• Establish and maintain accurate records of architectural activities on-site, ensuring proper documentation of as-built conditions and changes.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in architectural engineering, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and quality of construction processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience as a Site Architect Engineer, specifically within Project Management Consultancy (PMC) projects.
• Proven experience managing architectural activities for PMC projects within the Middle East region.
• Professional architect license or relevant certifications.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and industry standards.
• Excellent site supervision and communication skills.
• Proficiency in architectural design software and tools.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
