The Opportunity: Site Architect (C&A)

El Seif Engineering Contracting Company is seeking a Site Architect (C&A) for a full-time position. This role requires an experienced professional with strong expertise in fit-out works, site supervision, and multidisciplinary coordination. The Site Architect will be responsible for ensuring architectural and fit-out works are executed in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and overall project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor architectural and fit-out works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Coordinate daily site activities with contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and other disciplines.
• Review and manage material submittals, technical submissions, samples, and approval processes.
• Review shop drawings, architectural details, and coordinated drawings, ensuring compliance with design intent and project requirements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 8–12 years of relevant experience, preferably gained on major construction, commercial, hospitality, residential, or high-end fit-out projects.
• Proven experience in large-scale or fast-track construction projects.
• Demonstrated experience with high-quality architectural finishes and detailed fit-out works.
• Experience coordinating with international consultants and multiple subcontractors.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Strong hands-on experience in fit-out works and architectural site supervision.
• Proficient knowledge of material submittals, specifications, shop drawings, Requests for Information (RFIs), and consultant approval processes.
• Excellent coordination skills for effective collaboration with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Ability to identify and resolve architectural, technical, and site coordination issues efficiently.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, architectural detailing, finishes, and fit-out materials.
• Effective communication, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Knowledge of relevant international and local construction standards and specifications.
