The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive first impression for visitors, managing front desk operations, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage front desk activities and maintain a clean, organized reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and courier services.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
- Assist with document filing, record keeping, and data entry tasks.
Requirements- Saudi.
- 2–4 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
