The Opportunity: Site Architect

El Seif Engineering Contracting is seeking an experienced Site Architect to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires strong expertise in fit-out works, site supervision, and multidisciplinary coordination. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that architectural and fit-out works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements. A minimum of 8-12 years of relevant experience is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor architectural and fit-out works at site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Coordinate daily site activities with contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and other disciplines.
• Review and manage material submittals, technical submissions, samples, and approval processes.
• Review shop drawings, architectural details, and coordinated drawings, ensuring compliance with design intent and project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other disciplines to resolve site issues.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience, preferably with major construction, commercial, hospitality, residential, or high-end fit-out projects.
• Strong hands-on experience in fit-out works and architectural site supervision.
• Good knowledge of material submittals, specifications, shop drawings, RFIs, and consultant approvals.
• Strong coordination skills with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Ability to identify and resolve architectural, technical, and site coordination issues effectively.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/BIM is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, architectural detailing, finishes, and fit-out materials.
• Good communication, reporting, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Experience working on large-scale or fast-track construction projects.
• Experience with high-quality architectural finishes and detailed fit-out works.
• Experience coordinating with international consultants and multiple subcontractors.
• Knowledge of relevant international and local construction standards and specifications.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive benefits package, though the salary is not disclosed.
