Dar Al Riyadh is seeking a highly experienced Site Architect Engineer to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time role is critical for overseeing architectural activities on-site within Project Management Consultancy (PMC) projects.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring design compliance and contributing to the successful execution of diverse projects. This position requires a professional who can provide expert guidance and maintain high standards of architectural integrity throughout the construction phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site supervision and technical guidance for architectural activities.
• Collaborate with contractors to ensure the proper execution of architectural designs.
• Ensure architectural designs comply with approved plans, local codes, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with design teams to address any discrepancies and changes.
• Implement and enforce rigorous quality control processes for architectural installations.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with approved plans.
• Assist in the resolution of technical issues related to architectural design during construction.
• Conduct site visits to monitor and assess architectural construction activities.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding architectural matters on-site.
• Provide timely responses to client inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to ensure coordinated project delivery.
• Address design coordination issues and conflicts among different engineering disciplines.
• Establish and maintain accurate records of architectural activities on-site.
• Ensure proper documentation of as-built conditions and changes.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in architectural engineering.
• Recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency and quality of architectural construction processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in Project Management Consultancy (PMC) projects.
• Demonstrated experience in managing architectural activities for PMC projects within the Middle East region.
• Possession of a professional architect license or relevant certifications.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves significant on-site presence and collaboration within a dynamic project environment.
