About the Role

SEVEN (Saudi Entertainment Ventures) is seeking an Assistant Manager - Tenant Relation to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role is central to building, curating, and sustaining a high-performing portfolio of food and beverage operators for Seven Al Hamra Food Hall. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose and Context

The Assistant Manager - Tenant Relation ensures that every tenant within the Food Hall is successfully onboarded, operationally integrated, commercially supported, and strategically aligned with the Food Hall’s brand, financial objectives, and customer promise. This role reports to the F&B Manager and involves close collaboration with the TGP Food Hall Director, connecting commercial curation, tenant performance, and on-site execution to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement the Food Hall tenant onboarding program, coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless store openings.
• Act as the primary commercial and operational relationship owner for all tenants, maintaining regular contact and resolving issues through inter-departmental coordination.
• Monitor tenant sales, orders, revenue, and performance using operations and POS systems, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Curate a balanced mix of cuisines and concepts, applying entry standards, conducting gap analysis, and prioritizing onboarding/off-boarding decisions.
• Develop and maintain a tenant pipeline and onboarding roadmap, creating a forward-looking curation strategy aligned with Food Hall vision and revenue targets.
• Research the market to proactively source new operators locally and internationally, supporting menu changes and concept evolution within the Food Hall framework.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality, food halls, retail leasing, F&B operations, or tenant management.
• Demonstrated experience in managing multi-brand or multi-operator environments.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, menu development, and kitchen workflows.
• Keen interest in food trends and consumer behavior within the F&B sector.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Strong commercial and analytical background with proven data-driven decision-making and dashboard reporting capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS systems, CRM software, and various reporting platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills, with confident communication abilities across all levels.
• A commercially minded approach balanced with a strong brand focus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of bridging strategic planning with on-the-ground execution.
