About Advanced Construction - ACC

Advanced Construction Company (ACC) is seeking experienced engineers to join its multidisciplinary teams. ACC is engaged in major fast-track projects and is looking for technically strong professionals who can work efficiently within demanding project schedules while maintaining quality, accuracy, and effective teamwork. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with potential work in Jeddah.

The Role: BIM & Technical Engineer

The BIM & Technical Engineer will contribute to project success by developing and coordinating BIM models and construction shop drawings. This role involves reviewing technical documentation, performing clash detection, and ensuring material requirements are accurately incorporated into project deliverables. Previous experience as a BIM/Technical Coordinator or in a similar multidisciplinary coordination role is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate BIM models and construction shop drawings within the assigned discipline.
• Review IFC drawings, specifications, and technical project requirements.
• Perform multidisciplinary clash detection and coordination.
• Prepare clash reports, coordination reports, model QA/QC reports, and issue tracking logs.
• Review material submittals, technical datasheets, and vendor information.
• Ensure approved material requirements are properly incorporated into models and drawings.
• Coordinate effectively with BIM, engineering, site, and project management teams.
• Resolve technical issues and respond clearly to coordination comments.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant practical experience.
• Candidates must currently be available in Saudi Arabia (KSA).
• Strong practical experience with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Proven experience in BIM coordination, clash management, and shop drawing production.
• Experience as a BIM Coordinator, Technical Coordinator, or in a similar multidisciplinary coordination role is preferred.

• Ability to cooperate with teams and work effectively on fast-track projects.

Work Environment and Selection Process

This role requires a willingness to work six days per week in either Jeddah or Riyadh. Priority will be given to engineers available to join immediately or within a short notice period. Selection will be based on demonstrated technical capability, practical BIM skills, and professional attitude, rather than job title alone. Successful candidates will complete ACC’s practical technical assessment.
