About the Role

W Hotels is seeking a B&F Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and focuses on ensuring optimal service delivery and guest satisfaction within the food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure staff collaboration for optimum service and guest needs fulfillment.
Inspect staff grooming and attire, addressing any deficiencies.
Perform opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and securing areas.
Monitor storage areas for organization, FIFO adherence, and cleanliness.
Conduct scheduled inventories and requisition necessary supplies.
Oversee dining rooms for seating, service quality, safety, and guest well-being.
Submit work orders for maintenance repairs.
Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, discipline, motivation, and coaching of employees.
Serve as a role model and initial contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy.
Adhere to company safety and security policies, report incidents, and complete required training.
Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and protect company assets.
Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and express appreciation.
Communicate professionally, foster positive working relationships, and support team goals.
Ensure quality standards are met and identify opportunities for efficiency, productivity, and cost savings.

Physical Requirements

Ability to read and visually verify information in various formats.
Visual inspection of tools, equipment, or machines for defects.
Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods or entire shifts.
Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Grasping, turning, and manipulating objects requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
Navigating narrow, confined, or elevated spaces.
Moving up and down stairs and/or service ramps.
Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Experience

2-5 years of experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
Strong understanding of service standards and guest satisfaction.
