The Role: Banquet Supervisor (Saudi National)

Accor is seeking a dedicated Banquet Supervisor (Saudi National) to join the team at Sofitel Riyadh Hotel & Convention Center. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, is crucial for ensuring the seamless execution of events and upholding the highest standards of service. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong leadership capabilities, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the meticulous setup of function rooms, ensuring strict adherence to Banquet Event Orders.
Verify all pre-requisitions for functions to guarantee readiness for timely setup.
Establish and maintain close coordination with the Chef, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of event menus.
Supervise and uphold service standards consistently throughout all banquet operations.
Systematically monitor banquet service operating equipment, ensuring optimal inventory levels for uninterrupted operations.
Efficiently manage the requisition process for items requiring replacement.
Attend and actively participate in all management-assigned meetings and training sessions.
Enforce stringent safety and cleanliness protocols in all service and storage areas, ensuring proper security measures are in place.

Required Qualifications and Skills
