The Role of a Barista at Calo Cafe

As a Barista for the Calo Cafe, you will collaborate with the Cafe Manager to support daily operations in accordance with company standards. This role is critical for maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction through the application of coffee expertise and strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee beverages precisely, adhering to established recipes.
• Ensure the functionality of brewing equipment and report any potential issues.
• Demonstrate attentiveness to customer orders and preferences.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with customers, representing Calo’s culture and values.
• Ensure the cafe operates in a timely manner, meeting quality standards.
• Resourcefully resolve any issues that arise and manage problematic situations effectively.
• Comply with and enforce all sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of coffee preparation.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
