About the Role: Beauty Advisor

Too Faced is seeking a Beauty Advisor to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves leveraging creative and technical make-up expertise to provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience for customers. The Beauty Advisor will also contribute to team efforts in executing in-store events and maintaining high visual merchandising standards.

Role Overview

As a highly skilled make-up artist, you will be responsible for educating and delighting customers through personalized service. This position requires collaboration within a high-performing team to create impactful in-store events and ensure the store consistently meets visual merchandising standards. Key Responsibilities

Provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience for customers.
Educate and engage customers using creative and technical make-up expertise.
Collaborate with the team to execute impactful in-store events.
Ensure the store maintains high standards of visual merchandising.

Qualifications and Requirements

A qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience is preferred, but applicants with amateur-level experience demonstrating high creative and technical expertise are welcome.
Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited for an interview.
